Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. Purchasing will not increase your chances of winning. This game will not be used to conduct, advertise, or promote any form of gambling. Neither Apple nor Google are involved as a sponsor or in any way with this contest.
CONTEST DATES: Contest starts September 5, 2024, and ends January 5, 2025

1. Eligibility:

• KickBack Points, Fantasy Football Game (hereafter, referred to as “Promotion”) is open to all cardholders, but only ENROLLED cardholders of the KickBack Points Program are eligible win. Must be 18 years of age to be eligible to win the prize of “The Big Game.” Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

2. Promotion Period:

• The Promotion Period runs until 1/6/25. Exact dates are subject to change dependent upon the Regular Pro Football Season schedule (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion and participation in the Promotion are subject to these Official Rules.

3. How to Play:

• Every time you use your KickBack Points Card during the season, you have a change to receive
  a PRO player.
• If you get a PRO player, it will be at the bottom of your receipt.
• A total of 9 game pieces can be collected throughout the season to complete your roster.
• Each week, PRO player/team may earn Fantasy Football points based on their real-life PRO
  performance.
• Weekly Fantasy Football points will accumulate over the entire course of the PRO season.
• As your PRO team gets drafted, you will get all Fantasy Football points earned by the player/
  team during the entire PRO Regular season.
• The KickBack Points card holder with the most Fantasy Football points at the end of the pro
  football season wins an all-expense-paid trip for 2 to “The Big Game” February 9, 2025.

4. To receive an entry without purchase, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope with your enrolled 16- digit KickBack Card number postmarked before the contest’s closing/expiration date: January 5th, 2024. KickBack Points LLC Attn: Fantasy Football 2024, PO. Box 68, Twin Falls, Idaho 83303. Limit one entry per envelope. Illegible entries are void. No, mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries become the property of KickBack Points LLC.

5. ONLY enrolled KickBack Points cardholders 18 or older are eligible to win. If you are not already enrolled, you can ENROLL at www.kickbackpoints.com or download our app. Cardholder identifiable information will only be used per the KRS Privacy Policy as posted at www.kickbackpoints.com and in our APP.

6. Winner Selection:

• Each cardholder’s team is evaluated when the promotion period has ended. In the unlikely event of a tie, if all potential winners have successfully met all the game requirements, the tie breaker will be determined by the winner who filled their roster first. The winner that filled their roster first will go to The Big Game.

7. Winner Notification:

• Notification will occur before 1/15/2025 via email and/or phone call using information the potential winner (i.e., Enrolled cardholder) provided when they enrolled their Kickback Points card. Once notified, the winner(s) will be required to respond within 3 days of the first attempt to contact them. The potential winner(s) will be required to execute and return via postage paid, express mail an Affidavit of eligibility, liability, publicity release within 7 days of receipt.

8. Grand Prize:

• The winner will receive an all-expense-paid trip for 2 to “The Big Game” on February 9, 2025. Taxes may apply! In the event, there are NO spectators aloud at “The Big Game.” The winner will receive a $10,000 cash prize, but only if there are NO spectators at “The Big Game.” Final Results: are posted on www.kickbackpoints.com before January 15, 2025.

9. Duplicate Players:

• Specific actions and circumstances (such as card account transfers) may lead to a cardholder having
  more than one player of the same positional designation (e.g., Quarterback) on their roster. In these
  cases, the player drafted to the cardholder’s list first will remain on the roster, and all players of the same
  positional designation will be deleted.

• We use fractional points.
• We use negative points.

Offensive Players:

• Passing Yards: 1 point per 25 yards
• Passing Touchdowns: 4 points
• Interceptions: -2 points
• Rushing Yards: 1 point per 10 yards
• Rushing Touchdowns: 6 points
• Receiving Yards: 1 point per 10 yards
• Receiving Touchdowns: 6 points
• 2-Point Conversions: 2 points
• Fumbles Lost: -2 points
• Fumble Recovered for a Touchdown: 6 points

Team Defense / Special Teams:

• Sacks: 1 point
• Interceptions: 2 points
• Fumbles Recovered: 2 points
• Safeties: 2 points
• Defensive Touchdowns: 6 points
• Kick and Punt Return Touchdowns: 6 points
• 2-Point Conversion Returns: 2 points
• Points Allowed (0): 10 points
• Points Allowed (1-6): 7 points
• Points Allowed (7-13): 4 points
• Points Allowed (14-20): 1 points
• Points Allowed (21-27): 0 points
• Points Allowed (28-34): -1 points
• Points Allowed (35+): -4 points

Individual Defensive Players

• Solo Tackles: 1 point
• Assisted Tackles: 1/2 point
• Sacks: 2 points
• Sack Yards: 1 point per 10 yards
• Tackles For Loss: 1 point
• Quarterback Hits: 1 point
• Passes Defended: 1 point
• Interceptions: 3 points
• Fumbles Forced: 3 points
• Fumbles Recovered: 3 points
• Defensive Touchdowns: 6 points
• 2-Point Conversion Returns: 2 points

Kicking:

• PAT Made: 1 point
• FG Made: 3 points
• FG made (50+ yards): 5 points

Coach:

• Points Spread Differential: 1pt (1 to 1
  ratio)
• *Coaches points are awarded on the margin of victory. If a coach’s team wins, then the score, the coach receives equal to the number of points the team won. Losses do not count; negative points will not count against the coach’s total.

Additional
A team defense/special teams’ unit (D/ST) will not earn fantasy points for field goals or extra fantasy points. These fantasy points will be attributed to the Kicker.
Defensive/Special Teams Scoring: Your team defense/special teams (D/ST) will be awarded fantasy points when a team member on the field generates a touchdown, interception, fumble recovery, safety, or sack, kick return yards, punt return yards, etc.
A full roster will include the following nine (9) positions: one (1) quarterback (“QB”); two (2) running backs (“RB”); two (2) wide receivers (“WR”); one (1) tight end (“TE”); one (1) kicker (“K”); one (1) team defense/ special teams (“D/ST”), and one (1) Coach.
“If one of your players (i.e., QB, RB, WR, TE, and K) is considered inactive for a given week’s game, then the average of the Fantasy Statistics of the top five players (established at the start of the season) with the same positional designation (e.g., Quarterback) who are active and not on a bye for the given week will be used as a substitute score for your inactive roster player. This process will also be used when your roster player(s) are inactive for multiple or consecutive weeks, on a week-by-week basis.”
There is no guarantee that an eligible cardholder will be awarded a full roster during the Promotion Period. Players awarded will be designated a specific position on your roster and will accumulate fantasy points based on the Scoring System.
