Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. Purchasing will not increase your chances of winning. This game will not be used to conduct, advertise, or promote any form of gambling. Neither Apple nor Google are involved as a sponsor or in any way with this contest.
CONTEST DATES: Contest starts September 4, 2025, and ends January 4, 2026

1. Eligibility:

• KickBack Points Fantasy Football Game (hereafter, referred to as “Promotion”) is open to all cardholders, but only ENROLLED cardholders of the KickBack Points Program are eligible win. Must be 18 years of age to be eligible to win the prize of “The Big Game.” Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

2. Promotion Period:

• The Promotion Period runs until January 4, 2026. Exact dates are subject to change dependent upon the Regular Pro Football Season schedule (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion and participation in the Promotion are subject to these Official Rules.

3. How to Play:

– Every time you use your enrolled KickBack Points account during the season, you have a chance to receive a PRO player.

– If you receive a PRO player, it will be shown at the bottom of your receipt and in the game page of the mobile app and website.

– A total of 9 game pieces can be collected throughout the season to complete your roster.

– Each week, PRO player/teams may earn Fantasy Football points based on their real-life PRO performance.

– Weekly Fantasy Football points will accumulate over the entire course of the PRO season.

– As your PRO team gets drafted, you will receive Fantasy Football points earned by the player or team during the entire PRO Regular season.

– The enrolled KickBack Points account holder with the most Fantasy Football points at the end of the PRO Football season wins an all-expense-paid trip for two to “The Big Game” on February 8, 2026.

4. To receive an entry without purchase:

Mail a self-addressed stamped envelope with your enrolled 16-digit KickBack account number, postmarked before the contest’s closing date of January 6, 2025, to:

Limit one entry per envelope. Illegible entries are void. No, mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries become the property of KickBack Points LLC.

5. Eligibility:

ONLY enrolled KickBack Points account holders 18 or older are eligible to win. If you are not already enrolled, you can ENROLL at www.kickbackpoints.com or download our app. Cardholder information will be used in accordance with the KickBack Privacy Policy.

Employees of KickBack Points LLC, Phillips 66 Company, and employees of participating merchants are not eligible to participate in or win prizes.

6. Winner Selection:

Each cardholder’s team will be evaluated at the end of the promotion period. In the unlikely event of a tie, if all potential winners have successfully met all the game requirements, the tie breaker will be determined by the winner who filled their roster first. The winner that filled their roster first will go to The Big Game.

7. Winner Notification:

Notification will occur before January 17, 2026, via email and/or phone call using the contact information provided when enrolling your KickBack Points account. Once notified, the winner(s) must respond within 3 days of the first attempt to contact them. The potential winner(s) will be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of receipt.

8. Grand Prize:

The winner will receive an all-expense-paid trip for two to “The Big Game” on February 8, 2026. Taxes may apply. In the event spectators are not allowed at “The Big Game,” the winner will instead receive a $10,000 cash prize. Final results will be posted on www.kickbackpoints.com before January 17, 2026.

9. Duplicate Players:

In rare cases (e.g., account transfers), a cardholder may receive multiple players with the same position. In such cases, only the first drafted player will remain; duplicates will be removed.

• Fractional points are used.
• Negative points are possible.

Offensive Players

• Passing Yards: 1 pt per 25 yards
• Passing Touchdowns: 4 pts
• Passing Interceptions: -2 pts
• Rushing Yards: 1 pt per 10 yards
• Rushing Touchdowns: 6 pts
• Receiving Yards: 1 pt per 10 yards
• Receiving Touchdowns: 6 pts
• 2-Point Conversions: 2 pts
• Fumbles Lost: -2 pts
• Fumble Recovered for Touchdown: 6 pts

Team Defense / Special Teams

• Sacks: 1 pt
• Interceptions: 2 pts
• Fumbles Recovered: 2 pts
• Safeties: 2 pts
• Defensive Touchdowns: 6 pts
• Kick and Punt Return Touchdowns: 6 pts
• 2-Point Conversion Returns: 2 pts
• Points Allowed (0): 10 pts
• Points Allowed (1–6): 7 pts
• Points Allowed (7–13): 4 pts
• Points Allowed (14–20): 1 pt
• Points Allowed (21–27): 0 pts
• Points Allowed (28–34): -1 pt
• Points Allowed (35+): -4 pts

Kicking

• PAT Made: 1 pt
• FG Made: 3 pts
• FG Made (50+ yards): 5 pts

Coach

• Points Spread Differential: 1pt* (1 to 1 ratio)
• Coaches points are awarded on the margin of victory. If a coach’s team wins, the coach receives is equal to the number of points the team won by. Losses do not count; negative points will not count against the coach’s total.

Additional Information:
Fractional Scoring is used to ensure accuracy and consistency in rankings. A team defense/special teams’ unit (D/ST) will not earn fantasy points for field goals or extra fantasy points. These fantasy points will be attributed to the Kicker.

Defensive/Special Teams Scoring: Your teams defense/special teams (D/ST) will be awarded fantasy points when a team member on the field generates a touchdown, interception, fumble recovery, safety, or sack, kick return yards, punt return yards, etc.

A full roster includes:
• 1 Quarterback (QB)
• 2 Running Backs (RB)
• 2 Wide Receivers (WR)
• 1 Tight End (TE)
• 1 Kicker (K)
• 1 Team Defense/Special Teams (D/ST)
• 1 Coach

“If one of your players (i.e., QB, RB, WR, TE, and K) is considered inactive for a given week’s game, then the average of the Fantasy Statistics of the top five players (established at the start of the season) with the same positional designation (e.g., Quarterback) who are active and not on a bye for the given week will be used as a substitute score for your inactive roster player. This process will also be used when your roster player(s) are inactive for multiple or consecutive weeks, on a week-by-week basis.”

There is no guarantee that an eligible cardholder will be awarded a full roster during the Promotion Period. Players awarded will be designated a specific position on your roster and will accumulate fantasy points based on the Scoring System.
