CONTEST DATES: February 1, 2015 to December 1, 2015

1. HOW TO ENTER: Use your enrolled KickBack Points Card while making a purchase at any participating merchant location. Each time you use your enrolled KickBack Points’ card you are automatically entered into the drawing. No Purchase necessary to win. To receive an entry without a purchase send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a enrolled 16 digit KickBack Points Card number prior to the closing/expiration date of the contest to: KickBack Points LLC, Attn: Grand Prize 2014 PO Box 554, Twin Falls, Idaho 83303. Limit one entry per envelope. No limit on number of times entered. Illegible entries are void. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. All entries become the property of KickBack Points LLC.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER: Winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be conducted on or around the closing/expiration date of the contest by KickBack Points LLC whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via email or phone with in 5 to 7 business days of the drawing on December 1, 2015. If KickBack Reward Systems is unable to locate you with in a reasonable amount of time, KickBack Rewards Systems will draw again for a winner.

3. ODDS OF WINNING & PRIZES: The prize values will vary with each contest. Values are listed with each contest, see cashier for details. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to individual enrolled card holders who are legal residents of the United States and Canada who have attained the age of 18 years or older as of the promotion beginning date. In order to be eligible to win prizewinner must sign a media release and participate in any and all media responsibilities.

5. GENERAL: This sweepstakes is void outside the United States and Canada, where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy and is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. KickBack Points LLC is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage-due, misdirected or entries not received in time for the random drawing. KickBack Points LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules.
