KickBack Points 2023 Seasonal Grand Prize Official Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

CONTEST DATES: February 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023

1. HOW TO ENTER: Use your enrolled KickBack Points Card while purchasing any participating merchant location. Each time you use your registered KickBack Points card, you are automatically entered into the drawing. No purchase is necessary to win. To receive an entry without a purchase, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with an enrolled 16-digit KickBack Points Card number before the closing/expiration date of the contest to KickBack Points LLC, DBA KRS Attn: Seasonal Grand Prize PO Box 68, Twin Falls, Idaho 83303. Limit one entry per envelope. No limit on the number of times entered. Illegible entries are void. No mechanically reproduced entries are permitted. All entries become the property of KickBack Points LLC, DBA KRS.

2. SELECTION OF WINNER: The winner will be determined from all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted on or around the closing/expiration date of the contest by KickBack Points LLC. Their decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winners will be notified via email or phone within 5 to 7 business days of the drawing within the first week of April 2023, July 2023, October 2023, and January 2024 if KickBack Points is unable to locate you within five days of the first contact. KickBack Points will pick a new winner.

3. ODDS OF WINNING & PRIZES: Each contest’s prize values will vary. Deals are listed for each contest; see cashier for details. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

4. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to individual enrolled cardholders who are documented residents of the United States and Canada who have attained the age of 18 years or older as of the promotion beginning date. The winner must sign a media release and participate in any media responsibilities to win the prize. All employees of KickBack

Points LLC, DBA KRS, and all employees of participating locations in the KickBack Points loyalty program are not eligible to win a Seasonal Grand Prize.

5. GENERAL: This sweepstake is void outside the United States and Canada, where prohibited or restricted by law or company policy, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. KickBack Points LLC is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage-due, misdirected, or

entries not received in time for the random drawing. KickBack Points LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant if their fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Sweepstakes. By participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules. 6. WINNERS NAME: To obtain the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to KickBack Points LLC., Attn: Seasonal Grand Prize 2023, PO Box 68, Twin Falls, Idaho, 83303. Or visit any participating KickBack Points Merchant. KickBack Points must receive requests 90 days after the close of the contest. The winner’s names are sent after
